students to tutors and delivering tutoring services that are tailored to your learning
needs;

steps before entering a contract or for the performance of a contract to which a user
is a party. If a user does not provide the personal data necessary to perform a
contract the consequences are as follows: We may have to cancel the provision of a
service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time; and


4. Processing of user personal data is necessary for us to comply with a legal
obligation.

our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve

1. Only for the sole purpose of delivering services.


Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to
achieve the given purpose.
