I’m Moyin, a dedicated Maths and Physics tutor with over three years of experience supporting students across a wide range of levels. I recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a 2:1 in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and am due to begin an MSc in Statistics at the University of Warwick, continuing a long-standing interest in Mathematics, Physics and problem-solving.
I joined Central Tutors in 2022 and since then I have supported students at National 5, National 5 Applications of Maths, Higher, Advanced Higher, GCSE and A-level. I have helped students improve both their exam performance and confidence, with several achieving top grades.
My own academic background has always been strongly centred around STEM. At Eton College, I achieved an A* in A-level Mathematics, an A in Further Mathematics and Physics and a B in Chemistry. I also achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics, alongside 11 GCSEs graded 9–7 overall. I was also awarded a distinction and two merits for strong school examination performance.
My goal as a tutor is not only to raise attainment but also to spark curiosity. I aim to pass on the same enthusiasm for Maths and Physics that led me into engineering and now further study in statistics. By helping students develop strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking, I want them to build confidence that extends beyond the classroom.
At Central Tutors, I support students studying SQA Maths and Physics, including National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher, as well as GCSE and A-level students.
