Hi, I’m Fimi, a dedicated Maths, Biology and Chemistry tutor in Edinburgh. I am a fourth-year Medical Student at the University of Edinburgh and achieved a First Class degree in my intercalated Biomedical and Health Applied Data Science course. With over three years of tutoring experience, I have worked with students of different ages, abilities and learning styles. I understand that every student learns differently, so I take a personalised approach to teaching, adapting my methods to suit each individual student and help them reach their full potential.

My aim is not only to strengthen students’ subject knowledge, but also to develop their problem-solving skills, confidence and independence in learning. I have experience teaching both the Scottish and English curricula and have a strong understanding of the demands of different examination systems.

Having achieved A grades in my A-Levels and A*/A grades at GCSE, including Maths, Biology and Chemistry, I understand the importance of building strong foundations while developing effective exam techniques.
